I used to love this place when I first moved to midcity in August but the service has definitely changed. I normally bring my dog in to get a coffee and they give her a biscuit. Then I sit Out on the patio. There was even a girl there who was super friendly and loved my dog. The staff now seems to hate their jobs, and stare at me when I bring my dog. My favorite study spot , full of interesting people !
~nice... a good coffee shop .. typical for NOLA I did have a service dog with a vest.. I was asked for papers .. which I had... but overall polite and nice offerings.

Love the coffee, the service and the atmosphere. Overall great experience. I had the French truck roast with a shot of espresso, with a little honey... delicious!! No need for creamer for this coffee.
Walked in 10 minutes before closing and ordered my drink. The barista quickly told me that you close at 9. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I understand wanting to leave on time but you would think that they would be happy to help a customer... since they're working in customer service. If you're going to be the coffee shop in the area that stays open late, your baristas need to be okay with people coming in later. The coffee is good. The service is terrible.
The iced coffee is delicious and the yummy sandwiches are made with care and fresh ingredients. The baristas are friendly and helpful and the customers also tend to be very pleasant. Nice ambience, inside and outside. A great place to study, usually pretty quiet with lots of folks reading or studying, though it occasionally gets lively and noisy - in a good way.

The coffee is decent and the food is too. I especially love the cookies. But, I've just had poor customer service one too many times - today was the last. I will not be returning. I will just hit up the Monkey Monkey, Sacred Grinds or the CCs on Esplanade when I am in that part of Mid City.
