Owner was rude. Told me they do not make a iced macchiato (what!?), so i asked for an iced cortado, and they apparently cant do either (even though I got one from here on my first visit last week). She then proceeded to cut me off multiple times and claimed the reason for denying my requests was because they do things “the italian” way. Funny because there isn’t one discernible Italian feature about the place. Also, it was pretty busy but coffee orders shouldn't take 30 minutes anywhere. Coffee is good tho.
My husband and I love coffee shops and called to see what brand of coffee bean was used and the lady on the phone was very nice and ended up calling back to make sure that we were satisfied. we told her we had never been and just wanted to make sure the coffee was a good brand. We decided to go and we were glad we did! Great coffee great food and atmosphere was really cool! Thank you for taking the time to check on us and hire good employees! Very kind!
You will see menu prices as one thing and be rung up at a higher price for each item. And if you want creamer in your coffee, it costs extra. And the $11.50 available bowl was extremely small.
The Bean Coffee Shop is a wonderful spot for great coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. The service is friendly, the drinks are delicious, and everything feels welcoming and well cared for. It’s a perfect place to grab a coffee, unwind, or catch up with friends. Highly recommended!
