Fantastic spot just across from the Lombard Metra station, perfectly located to grab a coffee before you catch a train. The interior is very charming, with a wide selection of books, board games, and art supplies to pass the time. I could see myself spending hours here. The owner, Jeffrey, was incredibly warm and hospitable. I had a great conversation with him; he made a delicious cappuccino and even threw in free biscotti. Highly recommended!
Calm, friendly cafe. Lots to do: reading, games, painting, co-working. Plus, some bites!
I have lived in Lombard now for almost 30 years. Have waited for a coffee | community gathering hang for quite a while. Super glad its come to fruition. Coffee is excellent and worth the wait. As a biz owner myself, understand the limitations and wait that customers often encounter if you are working by yourself - The conversation while i waited was excellent. Unfortunate for me, I did not plan on waiting over a half hour for two drinks. Had my senior dog in the truck waiting with my partner for her walk. Was a bit difficult... read more
Came in on the way back from Peoria, Illinois. Ordered a cold brew and an iced chai. Both were quite good. Also met the owner and talked about his vision for the business. It’s a really cool community based place that I’d recommend you check out if you were in the area. Definitely a plus if you have kids and/or like art or books. Not just a coffee shop but also a third place. ❤️
