The most delightful place and delicious coffee. True to its name, the atmosphere here really provides a space for people to find common grounds and experience our shared humanity! Full of books and games to play or tables to sit quietly at to work. The owner, Jeffery, is a fantastic human with a passion for his work that is evident. Definitely give this place a visit when you’re nearby!
I love the convenience of a Starbucks as much as the next person but I was looking for a place to sit and work. This place was wonderful. The owner was super nice and described how he is trying to create a community space for Lombard. There are spaces to do art, to read (and purchase books) and comfy places to sit. I enjoyed the Mocha (it had a fun name but I forget what it was) and then a hot tea. I expected a cup of tea but was given a full little pot which was a nice surprise. Cute neighborhood coffee/teas/smoothie with friendly owner. Nice atmosphere with books to buy or borrow. There’s some toys for kiddies to occupy themselves too. Our pour-over coffee and iced vanilla latte were freshly made and delicious. The vibe is comfy-part book shop, part art space. Will be back!
100/10 experience!! The owner is SUPER nice and welcoming. The drinks were very delicious and there’s really cool types of lattes, teas, matcha, etc. The vibe inside is incredible; tons of books, lots of seating, good music, really clean, cozy, and fun.
