MOLD warning!!!!!!! Former resident. Horrible place to live. Management is even worse. Make sure you record conversation with them cuz they promising one and doing other (lying straight to your face). When I moved in on first floor I put my area rugs, couch and mattress just to discover I had mold underneath. Jackie (management) send "inspector" looked on mold and clearly stated in front of Jackie and me that mold is caused by bad AC and every apartment on fisrt floor will have the same issue. Pretty clean building Just wish there was a place for small kids instead of dogs Everyone in the building is pretty friendly + Kind Love the monthly events where we can meet neighbors and socialize Great maintenance employees Appliances are up to date and stainless steel Rooftop very nice and clean Not a bad place to live
The Beacon is truly a homey, warm welcoming community. I have been a resident for about 20 days now and I truly feel in a daily basis that I’ve made the right decision in selecting the Beacon as my home base. I am very grateful to Krystal, Jacqueline, and Brian from the inception of my initial tour to the smooth application and move in process.
Crystal has been absolutely amazing since day one. She made the entire process seamless, welcoming, and stress-free. She’s always quick to respond, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Would 100% recommend.
I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are well maintained, the community is friendly, and Krystal and Jackie are amazing. The place wouldn’t feel the same without them. I love calling this place home
