I had such a wonderful 3 years living at The Beacon, & the only reason I didn’t stay longer is because of relocating to a new city. The front desk team is amazing (Danetta, Linda, & Shakir are the best!) & the maintenance team is amazing. Clean, safe, on top of maintenance, spacious apartments & closets, & no noise issues. I can’t say enough good things about this building & recommend it to everyone!!!!
I have so enjoyed being part of the Pearl Properties Community. In particular are the staff working for the Pearl Management Company. The person at the front desk giving me attitude because im not leaving my bike after having a bike stolen to deliver the food to their door. Saying it won't get stolen because its a holiday is absolutely stupid. Also this place seems to let strangers roam your halls. There is a reason why every other place in the city has a food drop of table and doesn't let us just wander the building.
We loved our 2 years here. Pearl Properties was always great to work with if we ever had anything come up. Apartments are well lit and modernized. The gym is well equipped.
The Beacon, and by extension Pearl Properties, is the best apartment I have lived in during my past eight years in Philadelphia. It has an awesome location in the center of the city, right next to the bus line that goes to Penn and the PATCO line that goes to Cooper. The building features a large theater room, amazing lockers, a gym, and an entire amenities floor with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood.
