The Beacon is the Hamptons summer spot to check everything else at the door: kick back, drink, eat, sit, talk, enjoy, & watch the sunset. That's it. We opened The Beacon up, way back in 2000. It's been a great success since Day 1, only growing better with the start of each new summer. We've learned a lot along the way about what it takes to make a summertime-only Hamptons restaurant move and groove.
