Kathy Bass did an OUTSTANDING job of selling my house! I would not hesitate to recommend her for any real estate needs! I am currently in a Senior Residence and not very mobile, so she came to me for the initial listing, emailed me the papers to e-sign, suggested and arranged for staging, inside and out, and arranged for the closing to be held in my apartment. All along the way she kept me updated with emails concerning the progress. I couldn't be more pleased!
Kathy was awesome. She was easy to work with, stayed in communication with us even outside of business hours, and was patient with us as she addressed and met our needs and wants. It was nice to know she was praying for our house along with us. She also went above and beyond several times in her effort to sell our house. We are grateful and definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a positive experience in selling their home.
