Waited 35 minutes for a to go order just for it to be completely cold by the time I got home 3 minutes later. Called back and hostess took my information for the manager to "call back" and abruptly hung up on me, not apologizing for what happened at all. The manager never called me back. I called back six times over the following six days at all different times to try to reach a manager and have been told each time that he either "just stepped out," "isn't in yet," or "call back later he'll be in."
