I rented through this property management company for two years (921 S Val Vista). A few days before unexpectedly losing my job, I informed them that I did not plan to renew my lease when they sent me the annual renewal notice. sad they look at everyone under management as nothing as a number.
Their crews think they can just drive wherever they want. They've been using the fire hydrant on our street for nearby work and have been constantly disrespecting our properties. Driving thru people's yards. Leaking water hose and flooding people's driveways. 0 respect for the people that here despite being talked to numerous times.
