I had a very unpleasant experience with a Black female security staff member working at the community entrance/security gate. Her attitude was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Love it here for the most part.. the gate staff, the day and early evening parking garage guys, maintenance, concierge and gym/pool staff are excellent. The office staff is the worst from unorganized to just plain rude. Most of the residents are rude, entitled and unwelcoming. Theres a store and salon but it never seems to be open for working people. The doormen were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I had a completely different experience with the security staff at the entrance. One security guard in particular, an Indian woman, was very rude. As a first-time visitor, I was expecting guidance on where to go, but instead I felt judged and was met with sarcasm. She came across as argumentative throughout the interaction and seemed unwilling to let the conversation go, making what should have been a simple visit unnecessarily unpleasant.
