The main reason I’m taking the time to write this is because I hope this information is helpful to anyone considering living here. If my experience can serve as useful insight for someone else to make an informed decision, then it’s worth sharing. I truly hope that the experience of anyone living here is better than mine, and even if I still feel naive saying it, I really hope things improve in the building because no one deserves that treatment or to be gaslit like that. But, when the median household income for Black or African American households in Savannah, GA, is $45,092, while White households have the highest median income at $72,945. This indicates a significant income disparity between these racial gr... read more
Just finished touring The Baxly, and if I wasn't currently locked into a lease elsewhere I would move in immediately. Lauren from the front office gave us such a fun tour and was able to answer every question we had. We're so excited to move here as soon as we can!
