Elevators always down for maintenance. Fire alarms constantly going off. Gate to the parking garage is also always open due to it being broken and never being fixed. You'll still be charged $100 for "private" parking though. I noticed the rent of the apartment next to mine was cheaper and had the exact same floor plan and view as I did. When I asked if I could have that rate I was told the best they could do was not raise my rent when I renewed. This’ll be a bit of a longer review. I moved to the Baxly roughly in July of 2024 because I loved the unit I got to tour, and the location was pretty convenient for college classes. My unit was lovely, I had zero issues besides a small water tank making it hard to do dishes and laundry at the same time. Despite this, it worked and I had a fine time being able to navigate the small water tank. I absolutely adored my unit and it quickly became a home for me.
