I have used Batts in the past for a new heater, pump, and spa light. Although prices were high I accepted. Recently, I had a rusted out pool light transformer box that needed to be replaced. I reached out to Robert at Batts and provided a photo. He said he could change out the the box and rewire it. BUT, he wired it backward . I had an electrician come out since Robert couldn't understand why the circuit breaker was tripping when I tried to turn on the lights.
