Love this hotel. Great location in Mobile.
This is a very disappointing and horribly staffed Marriot. My review is based, in a large part, on the poor customer service and lack of respect that the staff shows to the guests.. I have to say I’ve never seen this kind of disrespect and lack of customer service at a Marriott property. Frankly, I’m appalled and I guarantee that I will never stay at this location again. I had checked in through the app and said I would be there at 4PM. I got to the hotel shortly before that time, and my room was not ready, and the front desk could not tell me when it would be. Check in time for the hotel is 4 PM. I waited till about a quarter after 4PM, and inquired with the front desk and my room was still not ready and they could not tell me when it would be.
