The Battery Shop has serviced our vehicles for years. Tyler at the desk is always so pleasant and patient, no matter the situation. All of the staff are friendly. Last Thursday our Tow vehicle broke down, which put us in a situation because we needed it for the weekend. We could not find an available rental in the state. Tyler rushed the part, and had us back on the road the same day. Highly recommend for new and old vehicles. Their customer service is way better than the dealerships.
Hours say open, wasted my time coming down and they’re locked up. Phone keeps ringing. Great customer service. Edit: I’m only adding this because the business is now claiming it was closed, while Google Maps clearly showed normal business hours at the time I visited. Yes, it was the day after Christmas. No, I did not guess or assume. I showed up at 7:30am solely because Google stated the store was open. I waited until 8:00am and called the store seven times between 7:47 and 7:56 with no answer. I cannot recommend them enough! 5 stars all the way on all fronts. Honest, professional and affordable. The entire team is fantastic and always takes great care of my personal and business vehicles. They are 100% the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
