Don't use this company. Communication is terrible. Want to try and get multiple bidders. I tried them. Very unprofessional. Asked to go a different direction but won't let me out of the contract. Tried calling the broker. Never called me back. Had to get the realtor board involved today. All because I wasn't happy

Horrible experience. They only showed me properties they were trying to sell that were unfinished or overpriced. Kept making excuses for everything. At closing everything wasn't inspected as it should of been once i flew into town. They went into a condo deal and didn't do due diligence on it before closing and lost my 5k deposit. If you want to loose money or make a bad investment go with them. They kept switching things around and lying about everything that was foreseen. Jillian did an amazing job getting my house built and closed. I send her every person that I know that wants a house. She answers every call and every email. She knew how to look out for my best interests. I cannot say enough about her and her team. Buying a house is usually stressful but she made it pleasurable.
