This place looks nice, but it turns into a party scene and it's not the atmosphere for a family. AVOID the pool on weekends as the entire city of Boston ends up there and it looks like you're in Vegas. People just walk right in as if they lived here. Seriusly we should have moved to another apartment and drove here to use the pool. if only management had strict rules and allowed a lifeguard to check guests into the pool, no idea what managements problem is. They need to get their act together.
I do generally appreciate living here, but be warned that there is no 24/7 onsite maintenance. This wouldn't be a problem if they didnt use computerized locks for all units. Our device malfunctioned and we were locked out of our apartment despite having our key with us. Cool technology, but doesn't beat the old fashioned, low tech solution... Thankfully there wasn't an emergency, and we just had to spend a lovely Sunday evening in the hallway. Make sure you have your doors checked if you do move in.
The Batch Yard has helped me realized my true potential of awesomeness.
Just moved in, and couldn't be happier. Love it here!
