Recently bought a Osprey Aether AG 85 from these guys ... This pack was originally $330 bucks ... I found it cheaper and they price matched ... They custom fit my hipbelt with their oven which was awesome ... Very knowledgeable staff ... Can't remember the guys name who helped me , but he definitely knew his stuff ... Can't recommend this place enough ...

I shop frequently at The Base Camp in Billings. I bought a pair of Keen shoes at the Gambler’s sale, and within two months of minimal wear, the back of one of them was breaking open. I took them back and was given store credit as a replacement, since Keen no longer makes that type of shoe. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Was in there to check out a tent today feb 3rd 2018. The kid at the back was amazing im ashamed i mizsed his name. Anyways he setup a tent upon request and answered every question i had super knowledgable and friendly. Definitley a cool place
Just bought a pair of Taos boots there. The young lady in the shoe department was so helpful and pleasant. She worked to ensure I was happy with the boots before I left and made sure I was aware of their return policy if for some reason they didn't work out. Love the boots and very appreciative of the great service!
