Darren and Rolando are the absolute best! My AC stopped working and Darren showed up quickly and somehow magically fixed it in two seconds flat. He was extremely kind, knowledge, and good with animals! While he was here Rolando called to ensure that my issue was being taken care of and was ready to help if needed. Huge props to both of them!
We were looking for a safe, clean, and well-maintained place for our daughter as she begins her first year of college. When we visited the property, we were assisted by Brandon. Unfortunately, the first impression wasn’t great—he didn’t show much urgency or provide clear guidance throughout the process. At the beginning of this year we were looking for a safe and nice place for our son to move to as he starts UF. We fell in love with Bartram apartments, even after touring at a dozen more apartments. We had a tour scheduled with Brandon at that time, the tour was very informative and Brandon explained everything very nice and clear to us, specifically the waiting list situation. Darren cleaned out my sink drain and replaced a broken part. He was quick and the sink is working perfectly now. The team always does a great job addressing maintenance requests!
Darren with maintenance is the best! Not only does he come quickly to any and all maintenance requests but even if he just spots me in the hall he helps out! This morning there was a bug right under my door as I was leaving and Darren didn’t know but I just had back surgery and was trying to figure out how to get rid of it without bending down. He spotted me and in two seconds saved me from the bug! He is the best!
