My daughter has been at The Bartram for 2 years and it has worked out very well. She is employed at Shands and it’s the closest you can get to the hospital while also located very near the retail area of Gainesville. Brandon Rivera is currently helping us coordinate a move to a different style apartment and she will stay at The Bartram for her next few years in Gainesville. The entire Bartram maintenance team is fantastic! They consistently keep the property spotless, well maintained, and up to date especially with the lighting and outstanding security, which truly feels like the best in town. The community offers a beautiful, resort style atmosphere that makes it a pleasure to come home every day. The office staff delivers exceptional customer service as well. We absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone!
I absolutely love The Bartram! The staff is so caring and helpful, my apartment is beautiful, and I feel very safe here. I love the amenities especially the beautiful pool and gym. I feel like I live at a beautiful resort! They allow you to rent out the clubhouse too and this was great for my graduation from nursing school party. In particular, Bianca, Keanna and Tina were always super helpful. The maintenance team was also amazing and very timely.

I absolutely love living at The Bartram! Tina consistently goes above and beyond whenever I have a question or request. I always receive a prompt, caring response from her or anyone in the office — including Bianka and Brandon — which makes every interaction a pleasure. The community events are another highlight, especially the pet-themed ones that never fail to brighten my day.
