I lived here for 4 years and loved it. Never had noisy or rowdy neighbors. The office staff was always great to work with.... Until the new management took over. They switched to an automated answering service. You could never get a live person on the phone. Had to go in person after not being able to reach anyone, and walked in to find the girl just sitting around. Not doing anything. But apparently too busy to answer the phone. The air conditioner does not work AT ALL! The apartment gets so hot. Maintenance doesn't care about you at all. And everything in the apartment is falling apart. You barely touch something and it's already broken and when maintenance comes and "fixes" the problem they make it worse. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! Not worth $800.
They dnt give a sh... about the residence do not come here its ridiculous
