We recently contracted Garabed to help us rent our first floor apartment. He was absolutely amazing and did so much to help us. He came and took beautiful photos and a spectacular video including walking around the area to show candidates our neighborhood. Don’t work with this group. I wanted my apartment rented for 7/1 and they said that they ensured they would find someone for 7/1. Then all of a sudden (they didn’t tell me, I had to reach out) my apartment was rented for 9/1. No communication. Made false promises.
I worked with Garabed from The Barry Group Real Estate and it was such an honor working with him! He was the first realtor I encountered that genuinely cared to find my roommates and I a home that felt safe, in our budget, and was in reasonable shape. He gave us his full honesty of the places and didn't want to settle if we didn't feel excited about it. Highly recommend working with him or others in his company!
