Barre offers an amazing full-body workout, blending ballet, yoga, Pilates, and cardio. It sculpts and tones with high-repetition, low-impact movements, boosting strength, flexibility, and posture. Expect to feel empowered and gracefully challenged
Amazing teachers! Always a challenge even for us veterans! Great bunch of women who support each other. Can’t think of a better way to start my day here at The Barre!!!
