They are a very poorly managed and poor customer service, with little to no communication to settle with me. They do not pick up the phone and no reply with one sentence to ena Inquiry. They dont honor their own cancellation policy about a penalty of one night for no show or late cancellation. Essentially they charged my credit card for 2 night stay when I did not stay at their hotel at all. Theyve ignored me since that 1 sentence reply.
The quality of the hotel was poor. When I arrived there was no attendant and waited for them to appear. Upon entering my room there was a strong smell coming from the bed which after hours in the room I became allergic. I was switched to another room which was half the size of the room I originally had. The next few days I noticed many people inside the hotel smoking Marijuana and selling marijuana. I was not happy with my stay at The Baron Hotel and I will not go back even if the cost is less than other hotels.
