If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would. We've had issues with this building from the moment we moved in. Silverfish infestations, poorly done renovations, heating issues , health and safety department saying our building violated several policies, and then for the time of move out, miscommunication on avenue living's end the whole way. A beautiful building taken over by the most evil rental company you could ever imagine. Lied about the actual rent price until i was there for the viewing. Horrifically overpriced for no parking, no dishwasher, no insuite laundry, and bugs EVERYWHERE. avenue living is a slumlord.
Slava was very helpful in helping me when I locked myself out. Very friendly and kind! 5 stars :)

Tub was over flowing and came home to a changed lock with my key inside the unit with a none working code. Had to break in as no one could be reached in a timely matter to show up and give me access. On top had lots of clean up due to flooding as they did not have keys to my unit for some reason. Not impressed as I did not expect to be locked out for a flooding tub.
