The guests from our wedding have given so many compliments to the venue and Elizabeth has been very accommodating. Great to work with! The outdoor ceremony space is great. If you are wanting a wedding away from the city this place is a great option. Only issue is the cell reception and lack of wifi reach into the barn, so will need some planning ahead for that.
My husband and I got married at Barn at Murphey Farm in November 2025. I cannot recommend this venue enough! From beginning to end, Elizabeth was absolutely amazing to work with. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire planning process so much easier and less stressful. My husband and I got married here back in January and we had the best experience!! We had the venue from Friday-Saturday and it was perfect. Elizabeth, the owner, was so helpful throughout the whole process of booking, planning, and even the wedding day itself! I would book here over and over again.
We got married here in June 2025, and overall the venue itself was very clean and well-kept. However, there were a few aspects of our experience that we felt could have been improved. One challenge we encountered was the lack of Wi-Fi and limited phone service in the area. This made it difficult to coordinate payments with our hair and makeup team during the event.
