Too late to drive from Virginia to Cleveland for the last night of music with Mo' Mojo! The Barking Spider is a Cleveland institution that I was lucky to experience! I guess my personal send off was seeing Mo'Mojo (my favorite band at my favorite bar), early this summer. Thank you Barking Spider and Mo' Mojo for the memories. Good times...��
Gonna miss this place a lot. Many a afternoon or evening spent here. Pure pleasure. Martin (owner)was such an affable, friendly, forgiving, angel of a gentleman. God rest his soul! And his awesome, howling dog smokey, too. Where am I going to go now when I'm at Hessler Street Fair, or over on the east side? Thanks for the memories!
I really liked this place, I was there on a warm October night hearing my friend Dave Smeltz play acoustic with Dave Valentine and another dude I didn't know but enjoyed , I proudly wear my t shirt( did have a time finding it, though, really thought I knew the area)
