I was very pleased with Joy.The team of groomers were great and polite. I will never take Prince my yorkie back to petsmart.Look forward to seeing you guys soon.Keep up the great work!

On a scale of 1-5, we rate The Barking Lot about a 7! Our dog, Rudy, has been a regular for over 12 years. The owner and staff are very friendly, polite, courteous, professional and in all of the 12 years, I've never seen a dog leave there looking anything but clean, adorable and happy to have been lovingly groomed - Rudy included! Thank you, Barking Lot, you are the best pet groomers in town!!

Love the service and quality. Used to go to pet smart but got tired of bad cuts. The ladies love the dogs (lucky pulls us in the shop) and he always looks great after, plus it's in a great neighborhood. Best place in richmond

The only place I will take my little beloved spaniel. She is a bit older and very sensitive and they always take extra special care of her so I don't worry about a thing. A wonderful place.

Our dogs are members of our family..we all know this. I've been taking my goldens to Steve and his team for over 13 years...first, it was my angel, Urbanna, where the Barking Lot staff groomed her with love for over 10 years...starting when she was a young dog and cared for her into her golden years where they treated her gingerly - she always looked (& smelled) lovely once her treatment was complete. Nelly our Old English Sheepdog loves getting groomed at The Barking Lot. The staff are pleasant, highly competent, and seem to love what they do. Consistently do a fabulous job with Nelly and she looks amazing when we pick her up after her day of beauty.

My former dogs, and my current one, love Steve and his staff at The Barking Lot. I can tell because they jump out of car and run to the door on their spa day. The staff take special care of aging dogs. I won't take my dog anywhere else!
