Stylist didn’t introduce herself and throughout the entire experience seemed to be performing how much she did not care at all. She was condescending, lecturing and brusque. When I asked her opinion about options for my hair she shrugged and told me I just needed a preference. She kept pressing me and lecturing me about my alopecia even after I made it clear it made me uncomfortable. My 9 yo had his back to school haircut with Ty in the Barbershop in Bellevue and it was perfect. He even showed her a picture of an anime character as inspo :) and she was able to create something both he and mom loved.
