I've never had a bad experience here. Jacob has always given me a great haircut. My wife says he's given me the best haircut ever. The atmosphere in Melrose is very relaxed and comfortable. It's a relief to know I don't have to worry about getting a decent haircut.

Awesome spot - I’ve had Jacob a couple times now - he’s great can do short hair styles as well as a longer look. He does a great beard groom as well.
Jacob kills it every time. I'd had the same haircut for a long time and I am pretty hesitant about drastic style changes. That said, I've only been a client here for a couple months and already feel very comfortable in Jacob's chair. By asking great questions and prompting feedback, he's helped me subtly/slowly tailor my cut to exactly what I want. Thanks, Jacob!
