They always took care of my dad, always making him feel and look awesome! Great customer service!!! (Also took care of me while I waited for my dad)
Nothing against the barber but Bravo to this place for setting a new standard in bad customer service. I had a 4:30 appointment, arrived at 4:38, and was told to wait until the barber finished. After 20 minutes of sitting there, the front desk finally decided to inform me that I couldn’t be taken because I was “late.” Funny thing is — for the last 6 years, most of the time I’ve come for my appointment, I’ve had to wait 15–20 minutes past my scheduled time without a single complaint from me. I like the way they treat the customer as well I personally recommend GULPREET Bro who always gave me new look
Their debit machine frauded my out of money i am considering having the business charged with fraud as i was charged over $10 more the what the actual receipt is showing don't use that shop or if you do amd you debit you payment check your bank account Amd when i called about it they had every cover up excuse trying to make it sound like it is on my bank not them they did no wrong and refused to fix it And i will never go back to the barber shop at the Cambridge center mall again
