Would describe my experience as very pedestrian. Supposedly classic cut includes (per website) "Classic hair cut (Razor, Scissors and/or Clipper) Neck & sides. Eyebrows, ears & nose. Cold towel to refresh. Includes regular hair wash." I received the hair cut portion but was not treated to/even offered the brows/ears/nose/towel/hair wash. The haircut itself was very quick but quality reminded me of when I was in the military and got a cut on base for $10. The part in particular was really not well done. Be careful when booking appointments with them. Difficult booking process and they cancelled my appointment 7 minutes before my appointment.
