Barbara left a mother and her daughter homeless with no notice. I cannot speak to the buying/selling process, but I would not recommend dealing with Barbara for the rentals in Philadelphia. Barbara was notified that the renters had to be in a new rental by a given date and prepared the lease accordingly. What Barbara failed to do was send the executed lease to a high rise condo, which requires a least to approve move-ins. Barbara is a really hardworking and supportive realtor. She goes above and beyond to make sure you find the best fitting home. Answered all our questions and even pointed out things about the houses we didn’t even notice. She’ll never want you to see a house blindly and make sure you see and get every single detail before putting down an offer. That’s how much she cares and really want you to find the right home.
