Incredible. Started to see results in two weeks. People I know want to know what I'm doing... Which did not happen after 4 months in the gym. The instructors are all trained professionals with a sincere goal of wanting you to succeed. The owner and office manager make San Mateo Bar Method what it is - 2nd to none! I highly recommend taking a class:-)
Another one of my healthy addictions! I used to be one that exercised after work....then I had kids and finding time to do it became more and more difficult. I wouldn't say I am "a morning person"...my husband would DEFINITELY agree....but, I LOVE Bar Method SO much that I get up at 5:25 Monday through Friday to get my 6:00 am "fix"!
