These classes are amazing! The teachers go through the most rigorous training of any Bar based exercise class anywhere! They set me up to succeed by monitoring my form so I work safely and effectively! This is the only fitness regime I do! It keeps me strong, lean and flexible so I can live my best life!
I am a member at the Baltimore studio and always try to take classes at the Seattle location when I’m in town for work. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and makes me feel right at home! Highly recommend the Bar Move class!!

As an ex-gymnast and cheerleader I found it hard to find work outs that held my interest. Bar Method is the only work out I’ve wanted to stick to and keep going for more than a few months. I’m approaching 3 years at this gym and I’m still never bored. Bar Method is challenging even for the most physically fit of us, but approachable for those of us looking to get in shape.
