As an ex-gymnast and cheerleader I found it hard to find work outs that held my interest. Bar Method is the only work out I’ve wanted to stick to and keep going for more than a few months. I’m approaching 3 years at this gym and I’m still never bored. Bar Method is challenging even for the most physically fit of us, but approachable for those of us looking to get in shape. RecommendedI'd been hearing about how wonderful these classes were from a friend so I decided to take the plunge and try it out. In spite of how out of shape I am, I really loved the class.
