The best ribs I've had in a long time .. They had so much meat could not be leave it was just 5 bones
Whenever I travel to an area known for BBQ, I stop and usually get ribs. Had some ribs at Rendezvous after my sister told me to go there and was quite disappointed. I thought alright Memphis, here's your time to redeem yourself. My brother and I ate at Bar-B-Q Shop and had ribs with glaze that were incredible. The glaze and mild bbq sauce was amazing. Yesterday my husband and I ate here for the first time and I have to say everything was amazing! The sweet tea was the best I've had in awhile! Def would recommend for everyone to eat here!
Best sauce in the city and great service. If you haven't been here you need to make it happen. Best bbq in Memphis!

Rendezvous and Central need to takes notes from these guys on how do ribs!! I have had ribs all over the country, but these were the best ribs I have ever had...period!! Very impressed! Also, the service here is very friendly and accommodating! Skip those two tourist traps and visit the home of real-deal bbq!!
The best ever brisket.....slaw and potato salad to die for!! The service from Laurie was stupendous....this was the Memphis hospitality I will return for!! Thank you guys!!
