paid $11 for a perch sandwich and the pickle 1/4 in the basket was bigger than the fish on the sandwich... super sad birthday dinner.
last few visits the customer service is very disappointing. I love the wings and other food but not going to sit through bad service

ordered food to go, long wait food was cold as always
Recommendedthe food is good... when you get everything. I order delivery a lot and a salad is not complete if you don't get the dressing. I frequently find my ranch is missing from my wings too.

I just met two friends at The Bar East for a casual dinner tonight (9/3/18 from 5:00-6:00) My friends brought their children. In total we had three tabs and 8 people (3 adults, 5 kids.) Our server was prompt with beverages and taking our order, but we hardly saw her the rest of the time. We had to search for her for a new drink and to ask for our check.
