Normally it’s good but this time I called and the girl who answered was rude has heck didn’t sound enthused to take my order was very cocky and then hung up without saying goodbye said ok your order will be there in 45 minutes click didn’t answer my questions and was very short with me very disappointing

I normally never give bad reviews but the last 4 times my spouse and I have ate at the Bar East the wait was an hour or longer, twice we were given the WRONG food and why is everything on the menu pulled pork and BBQ flavored?? since when does a nacho supreme come with pulled pork??? This last experience our food was cold so instead of complaining and waiting another hour we just choked it down and left....hopefully the other locations aren't as bad.

Nickel and dime you for everything. What kind of chicken wings don’t come with ranch? $2 extra for ranch for our wings. Service has been slow every time we go, (Saturday or Sunday lunches) even though there are about 6 workers walking around maybe 15 people total in house at those times. Paid as much for lunch (2 orders of wings and cheese curds that had NO cheese In them, seriously all hollowed out) for my husband and I as we did last night feeding our entire family of 5 for dinner WITH drinks 🤷🏼♀️ Won’t be back. We ordered for delivery and took over an hour to get to us, by the time we got it, our food was cold. The chili we ordered sucked, the phili cheese steak sandwich wasn’t even edible. Stale bread, tough meat, crunchy cheese. The coleslaw was disgusting as well. The wings we ordered were dry and tough, barley any sauce even after making sure we ordered extra. Never again! Waste of money!
