I stayed here during the summer holidays. I really liked the kitchen and the view at night. Access to Woolies and McDonald's is also quite close.

Constantly leaving lights on an outdoor balcony on level 9-10. Do not move in around these levels. Light pollution will ruin your nights if you don't like bright lights in your windows. They ignore any requests.

Level 10ish floor has a balcony with aircon units and bright fluorescent lights. Constantly left on causing light pollution to surrounding apartment windows and bedrooms. Just a sign of a terribly run apartment building.

I lived in Banks apartment a couple of years ago. I accidentally placed an order in this address recently. The concierge Praveen helped me get my order within 5 minutes. Excellent service and very professional.
