The staff to manage the apartments are absolutely disgraceful. No sense of politeness and respect in their tone and manner to speak to residing tenants. I was honestly disrespected as a female to the point where I had to remind the staff to not speak to me in such manner. The highlight was that I was threatened that the police would be called which I was more than happy to escalate. Do not recommend whatsoever.

I stayed here during the summer holidays. I really liked the kitchen and the view at night. Access to Woolies and McDonald's is also quite close.

Constantly leaving lights on an outdoor balcony on level 9-10. Do not move in around these levels. Light pollution will ruin your nights if you don't like bright lights in your windows. They ignore any requests.

I can’t say enough good things about The Bank Apartments — this place truly feels like home, and that’s largely thanks to the incredible concierge team and the amazing building manager, Darren. Level 10ish floor has a balcony with aircon units and bright fluorescent lights. Constantly left on causing light pollution to surrounding apartment windows and bedrooms. Just a sign of a terribly run apartment building.
