I was referred to Dawn by my listing agent and she was wonderful to work with. We sold our house in south Florida and made the move to west palm beach area. Dawn didn’t live very close to where we were wanting to live but she always showed up on time to our appointments and to all of the houses we wanted to look at. She gave good advise and I was happy to work with her. We found a house and closed on it pretty quickly. Thank you!
We sold a tough to sale condo. Hubby bought a 1 1 condo 13 years ago 55+ association. We finally decided to sale it. Dawn, whom was his realtor 13 yrs ago, helped us sale it. The unit looked great but small. A lot of people looked at the condo but the size was a turn off. Through some difficult negotiations we received a contract, even with the contract some other complications came along. Dawn worked hard to keep the sale moving forward. We finally closed after a few extensions. Thank you for your hard work.
I have been meaning to come on here for a while to write a review but haven't had a chance. Dawn was my realtor, We went out with her the very first day and saw a couple houses with her and decided to put in an offer on a house... she was referred to us by a family friend.
