I've heard you blocked the wheelchair ramp to the building with bottles, and that your employee refused to move them. Later, the employees become more aggressive and placed the bottles on the ramp. In addition they harassed the woman using the wheelchair that wanted to get in and told her she wasn't welcome there. Fire the employee. I suggest you don't patronize this place until this is dealt with.
What do I think of this restaurant? I think it's inexcusable my friend who uses a wheelchair was denied access to both the restaurant & the adjacent movie theater because the ramp was blocked, treated rudely by staff - "you're not wanted here"-when the ramp was blocked again. Ever hear of the Americans with Disabilities Act? Ever hear of the bay area where people with disabilities have had the notion we actually have rights for quite some time now? Can I give negative stars in my review?
