I heard that you were rude and mistreated a woman and denied her access by blocking a ramp. That is shocking, inexcusable, discriminatory and shameful!!
This sounds like a great place...IF you don't use a wheelchair, don't have a friend/relative who uses a wheelchair, are absolutely sure you will never use a wheelchair... I am curious about something: if you are informed of a reported violation and you participate/patronize, where does that leave your citizen responsibilities?
Totally sucks that these guys violate disability rights laws by putting boxes on their wcr ramp and then are hostile toward the person who asked that they be removed.
The account below is shameful. I hope the employees and management educate themselves, issue a strongly worded apology, and offer a free meal to this woman and whatever group of guests she chooses to bring. It is disgraceful that such ignorance and willful disregard of common decency (not to mention the law) exists in 2014.
Shocking violation of law and ordinary respect. Have you ever yourselves, Baltic employees and owners, not been able to get into the door of a movie theater? Can you imagine not being able to get OUT of a theater if there were a fire? Can you imagine dealing with hostility from people who were blocking entrance if you simply wanted to get into the Baltic?
