Never got to actually talk to Mr. Baker, but his assistant was rude and absolutely no help. For instance, she misgendered me, by calling me “Ms. Yu,” instead of Mr. Yu. When I noted to her she has got the wrong person, she insisted that I am a female because she stated my name is a feminine name and assumed without asking for clarification, indicating I am a female when I am not. I cannot thank Lance Baker enough for giving a family member a new lease on life. Lance knows what to do to get a sentence reduced, dismissed, and even expunged. Lance was up front about his fee and allowed my family to pay him in installments over 6 months. Lance's office was quick to respond when my family member got in trouble. If you make a mistake and get sideways with the law, Lance is a great option in East Tennessee. He is well respected.
