Never got to actually talk to Mr. Baker, but his assistant was rude and absolutely no help. For instance, she misgendered me, by calling me “Ms. Yu,” instead of Mr. Yu. When I noted to her she has got the wrong person, she insisted that I am a female because she stated my name is a feminine name and assumed without asking for clarification, indicating I am a female when I am not. I cannot thank Lance Baker enough for giving a family member a new lease on life. Lance knows what to do to get a sentence reduced, dismissed, and even expunged.
