Great building, lobby and laundry rooms are always clean, and the garage is attached to the building which was a plus for me. Andrew was my leasing agent and he is very responsive. He helped me move in right away. Smooth transition moving in. Quiet building. There’s no doorman even better, I haven’t had a problem with that. I haven’t had a package stolen. Good neighborhood. Two years at Baker building and we love it. The building is always clean, uplifting music in the lobby. We have great view from all our windows, and no draft at all even we are facing the ocean. Apartments are spacious and beautiful. For me no concierge is even better, less every day chitchatting))) All our neighbors are very sweet, we got to know many. All problems in the unit were always fixed next day. Prices are lower than other buildings around, we still trying to guess why, but in 2 years we couldn’t find anything wron... read more
