Great building, lobby and laundry rooms are always clean, and the garage is attached to the building which was a plus for me. Andrew was my leasing agent and he is very responsive. He helped me move in right away. Smooth transition moving in. Quiet building. There’s no doorman even better, I haven’t had a problem with that. I haven’t had a package stolen. Good neighborhood.
