I would give them minus stars but i cant, its over priced and the owners dont care about the customer, all rhey care about is money, dont buy into their punch cards you dont get what your told.ypur going to get, I will be contacting corporate and the Grandscape to make sure a business like this doesn't take advantage of any other customers

The Baked Bear is a family favorite for our family of 5. The product and service are both generally amazing however, on this most recent visit, I was disappointed to witness a leadership opportunity wherein, what seemed to be, the shift manager or lead chose to educate a working staff member in a manner that leaned more on the side of reprimand than coaching. The cookie butter and banana pudding cookies were delicious. The chocolate chip was okay. The gooey butter cake that was fully baked was good the other one needed more time in the oven.
