I have been affiliated with Bair Foundation beginning with Northwest Ohio for 15 years and a foster parent 4 of those years with the office of Columbia, SC in Richland County. My experience with Gerald Davis, Ashley Wickline and other staff has been the most unprofessional and neglecting to the best interest of children and their needs, etc. The agencies staff practiced unethical acts and violations of state/county policies and procedures.
