This organization says they are Christian, but yet if you have a past of which has been forgiven and you have been reformed and born again but the power of the Holy Spirit they will not license your family. They are very judgmental and do not believe or follow the Biblical principles they claim. There staff saying things that are untrue and they say oh well we shouldn’t have said that or that is a training issue. When I was in foster care they answered all my questions really made me feel like part of the family now I do respite care for Biar Foundation which I truly love doing. These guys are some of the best people you will ever work for and for me it wasn't worked it was family
Bair is top notch if your looking for an agency who cares. Very professional, answers are easy to obtain, training ready available, guidance through the world of foster care. Bair staff take their jobs seriously and are always going above and beyond. My husband and I are out of the Tyler office and they are superstars in their field.
