I would never use this company. I contacted the manager regarding one of their drivers who cut me off while driving. The "manager" did not care. He was not concerned about putting other lifes in jeopardy. There are many other companies who have compassion for others.
Tom was a lifesaver. I can't thank him enough. Yesterday some landscapers broke off a piece of my backflow assembly to my house, so the water company had to shut off my water. I called probably 10 plumbers and no one was able to get to me. I then called The Backflow Pro, and Tom came out within an hour and fixed the problem in minutes. His quote was also very reasonable compared to the other plumbers (most of which wanted to charge a fortune to replace the entire thing.
