Visited from out of town before an Os game. The house cocktails are solid. The bar had a great vibe. The most notable thing is there's two pages of high-end tinned fish on the appetizer menu. If you go that route, adding the accompanying sides is essential. Also of note: the place seems to be very pet friendly.
Really lovely place. Good food. Good drink variety. Really nice patio. Surprisingly irritated and rude servers. I felt like they had held a grudge against me for years (I assure you I had never met them).
Been coming here for a bit now and all I can say is that this place is the truth. Food is out of this world, drinks (on tap and mixed) are all great, and the atmosphere is truly warm. Frank and Gus are also wonderful company when they’re out and about. I’ve also gotta mention the lovely game store upstairs (Silver Canon). Truly a dangerous thing being able to grab a drink then browse then grab some warhammer in the same building. If a cozy corner bar is something you enjoy, you owe it to yourself to check the Back Yard out.
