So this morning I saw Dr. Zach first thing in the morning, it was my 3rd day. I felt great leaving his office. After work I noticed the I tweeked something in my right shoulder. I called the office up and they got me right in and he took excellent care of me! Twice in one day and dedication to making sure his patients are 110% well! Love him and his staff!
From PHL. In Myrtle for the week and my neck pain got so bad it was affecting my day to day enjoyment. Nicole responded to my inquiries after hours through text messages. Saw the good Doctor twice over two days and can say that I'm a solid 75% better than I was before I came to see him. I just wish he had an office back home as well. Can't say enough good things about Jessica, Doctor Causey and his wife.
Dr. Causey is awesome! After years of rehab and little effectiveness, I decided to give a chiropractor a try. 3 visits later my headaches are gone and my body overall feels much better. Thank you!!
Dr. Causey and Nicole are wonderful...some of the most caring, genuine people I've met. Since going to the Back Shak, I feel like I am much more proactive with my health, and they have been some of the best advocates. They are a God-sent blessing!

I love this place! Dr. Causey and Jess are awesome people to be around and will brighten your day. Great environment and uplifting ... Dr. Causey genuinely cares about his patients and rally focuses on their issues. Plus you can't beat his prices.. Love this place. It's a true blessing.
