Hi Guenter Ruchti, Your hands are so precious and I think God is performing his magic through your hands. I had neck pain and upper back pain since 3 years after lifting some heavy objects . My pain was getting worse every year , especially during winter season and performed all diagnostic tests doctors think that its compression of nerves due to some bone spurs.
